Bio
Rebekah de la Mora is a Project Manager at the Center. As a member of the Policy & Markets team, she helps maintain the Database of States Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) and the Database of Emerging Large Load Tariffs (DELTa). She also leads the DSIRE Insight subscription offerings on Distributed Solar, Grid Modernization, Electrics Vehicles, and Power Decarbonization. Personally, she tracks twelve states and territories for DSIRE, DSIRE Insight, and DELTa: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, and Texas. Rebekah previously interned at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, researching renewable thermal policies. Her areas of focus include decarbonization, distributed solar, electric vehicles, hydrogen, grid modernization, large load customers, microgrids & resilience, and renewable thermal. She received her Master’s in International Energy and Bachelor’s in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris in France, and spent a year at Beijing Foreign Studies University in China.
