Vincent Potter is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center on the Policy & Markets team. Vincent helps maintain the Database of States Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE). Vincent leads internal project organization and client and partner relationships for the Policy & Markets team. He tracks policy actions in six states and territories for DSIRE and DSIRE Insight: Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Vincent’s areas of focus include community solar, grid modernization technology, energy efficiency/demand side management, resiliency, and microgrids. Vincent holds a BS in Environmental Sciences with a focus in sustainable energy policy from NC State University.
