Bio

Brittany Santore is a program and operations leader specializing in clean energy workforce development, professional education, and cross-functional program strategy. She designs and delivers training initiatives that translate complex technical content into accessible, high-impact learning experiences for students, career changers, and industry professionals.

At the Center, Brittany leads training and workforce development initiatives with a focus on program design, stakeholder collaboration, and operational effectiveness. Her work integrates curriculum development, industry partnerships, and program infrastructure to strengthen outcomes, improve participant experience, and support workforce pipeline development.

Prior to joining NCCETC, Brittany coordinated more than 300 workshops and conferences serving over 6,000 participants through NC State University’s Biological & Agricultural Engineering Department and NC Cooperative Extension. In that role, she strengthened program delivery, participant engagement, and operational consistency at scale.
