Caitlin Flanagan is a Policy Analyst on the Center’s Policy and Markets Team. Caitlin helps maintain the Database of States Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE). She is responsible for policy tracking in four Mid-Atlantic states for DSIRE and DSIRE Insight: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. She also supports the Center’s work on EnergizeNC, North Carolina’s Solar for All program.

Prior to joining the Center, Caitlin focused on U.S. climate and clean energy policy analysis and advocacy in internships at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, AnnDyl Policy Group, Advanced Energy United, and Carolinas Clean Energy Business Association.
