Bio

As a Public Communications Specialist at the Center, Dawn develops content for NCCETC’s newsletters, writes topical blogs and articles, co-manages the Center’s social media accounts, updates various Center-owned webpages, and attends outreach events. Dawn is passionate about environmental communication, and works to promote a clean energy outlook among North Carolinians.

Prior to joining the Center, Dawn worked in public affairs at the NC Department of Environmental Quality. Dawn holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from North Carolina State University, with a focal area in Environmental Justice.
