Clean Power & Industrial Efficiency
We work to reduce energy intensity by incorporating clean power technologies such as combined heat and power (CHP). We offer three levels of energy efficiency assessments including technical assistance, feasibility studies, and policy considerations for facilities throughout the Southeastern United States. We support sustainability objectives for energy users in industrial, commercial and institutional areas.

We strive to increase the use of alternative fuels and advanced transportation technologies. Working with government, non-profits and businesses, the Center is helping diversify fuel supplies and support cleaner, more vibrant local and state economies. Center energy policy staff conduct research and analysis to provide a better understanding of how renewable energy and energy efficiency are best promoted through public policy. We assist businesses by providing information regarding state regulations and tax policies as well as other resources.
