2025 Clean Energy in the Southeast (CLE)

NCSEA’s 2025 Clean Energy in the Southeast event on February 20, 2025, is a thorough continuing legal education (CLE) program is designed to explore current energy matters and adjacent topics in the Southeast. This program will focus on legal and regulatory education related to the ongoing transition to a cleaner energy mix and relevant legal elements.
Attendees will receive six total CLE Hours while gaining more insight into the regulatory and legislative developments impacting clean energy in the Southeast. This year’s panels will shed light on the following topics:

- The Changing Energy Landscape in the Southeast From a Utility Commissioner’s Perspective
- The Carbon Plan
- Legal approaches for dealing with load growth
- Expanding behind the meter resources
