Bio
Heather Brutz is the Program Manager of the Clean Transportation team at the Center and is the lead in their fleet consulting work, as well as overseeing the CFAT grant program and providing oversight on the team’s educational efforts. Previously, she lived in the Washington, DC region, where she worked on federal transportation policy.
Heather is the chair of the Chapel Hill Transportation and Connectivity Advisory Board. Heather earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
