Cleo Carter is a Policy Analyst on the Center’s Policy & Markets Team. In her role, Cleo helps to maintain the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) and is responsible for tracking policies in three Northeastern states: New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. Before joining the Center, Cleo held internships with clean energy trade associations representing the interests of clean energy companies and organizations nationally, including one position specifically focused on policy in New York.
