SUMMARY:SFT Technology Webinar Series: Key Fleet Metrics to Meet Your Goals
DESCRIPTION:Performance metrics and comparing current data against past performance is common practice in business operations\, including fleet management. To drive performance and efficiency\, many fleet managers actively track performance metrics for their vehicles and operations. It is important to closely monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of a financial management plan. As the saying goes\, “How do you know how you’re doing\, if you aren’t keeping score?” or “You can’t manage what you don’t measure.” An industry expert consultant and top fleet managers will show you: Why should you track fleet management key performance indicators? What are some of the key fleet management metrics you should monitor ? And\, how to track these metrics? \nThe Sustainable Fleet Technology (SFT) Webinar Series is offered through a collaborative partnership between the NC Clean Energy Technology Center\, The 100 Best Fleets and NAFA Fleet Management Association. \nREGISTER HERE

SUMMARY:SFT Webinar Series: Video Telematics/ADAS For Improved Safety\, Coaching\, and More
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Thursday\, June 24\, 2021\, from 2:00p-3:00p EDT/11:00a-12:30p PDT for an SFT Webinar on Video Telematics & ADAS. \nWhen first introduced telematics was associated with GPS–vehicle location and speed information. However\, it is much more than that. It provides real time information of any type that is of importance to understanding a vehicle’s use\, operation\, environment and other factors. Among the fastest and most promising developments in fleet management is video telematics. The simple addition of a fleet camera to monitor inside and outside the vehicle has opened the field to a vast number of new uses. Video telematics combines video data\, computer vision technology\, and vehicle data to deliver insights that telematics alone cannot. Video provides a platform to understand why something occurred to prevent it from happening again or to provide predictive warnings to avoid an event . Cameras form the basis of an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Coupled with other ADAS sensors and technologies fleets can achieve improved safety\, driver performance and efficiency. Learn the features\, capabilities and benefits of video telematics/ADAS. \nThe Sustainable Fleet Technology Webinar Series is offered through a collaborative partnership between the NC Clean Energy Technology Center\, The 100 Best Fleets and NAFA Fleet Management Association. \nREGISTER HERE
