SUMMARY:2024 Sustainable Fleet Technology Webinar Series: Key Performance Indicators for Sustainable Fleets
DESCRIPTION:As fleets receive mandates for carbon reduction\, there are opportunities to build partnerships with sustainability departments as advocates instead of being perceived as a primary source of emissions. This webinar will review how: \n\n\nEstablishing KPIs can guide fleet management as a sustainability practice and garner support by providing measurable results to an organization’s triple bottom line; \n\n\nTelematics can align with the KPIs to consolidate the data for in-depth reports and visual dashboards; and \n\n\nDashboards provide a quick visual reference to review success or areas for improvement and can be adapted for various audiences and their interests\, such as demonstrating carbon reduction for sustainability managers and identifying financial savings for government leadership and elected officials\, while empowering managers with more details contributing to operational success. \n\n\n  \nNCCETC’s Clean Transportation team is co-hosting this event.
