The Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DSIRE), operated by the N.C. Clean Energy Technology Center partners with EnergySage to allow the opportunity for DSIRE users to find calls to action throughout the website where they can quickly request free quotes from local solar installers. The NC Clean Energy Technology Center (NCCETC) is a part of a project that will examine storm-related impacts and the cost and benefits of investing in grid resiliency in North Carolina. The two-year project, “Planning an Affordable, Resilient, and Sustainable Grid in North Carolina,” will include opportunities for interested stakeholders to review the metrics developed by the research team. Active participants will provide input into an advanced grid scenario focused on enabling a more decentralized resilient grid, including micro and mini grids that can support critical services, such as hospitals, in the case of power outages – as recommended in the NC Clean Energy Plan.Read More Learn More
DSIREinsight provides policy research and analysis services to energy industry professionals. It is a project of the NC Clean Energy Technology Center, expanding upon the Center’s Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency and and 50 States quarterly policy tracking reports. DSIREinsight's subscription services focus on distributed solar, grid modernization and energy storage, and electric vehicles, as well as customized energy policy research.
